Sensei Colville welcomes all aikidoka to this One Day Seminar. These seminars provide a chance for extra training/practice that may not be normally covered during the weekly classes.
 
Times: 09:30- 16:30
Cost: £35.
Please bring: ken, jo and proof of martial arts insurance. Proper insurance is the responsibility of each person taking part. BAB insurance is no longer the only insurance accepted, however, please ensure that you have adequate martial arts insurance to undertake aikido with us.

What is Aikido?

Morihei Ueshiba (O'Sensei)

Aikido is a Japanese martial art (Budo). Founded by Morihei Ueshiba (O'Sensei), and based in the old Samurai tradition, Aikido can be used in today's world to help us deal with an increased number of physical attacks and to deal with the stress of modern life.
