Monday: Experienced 7:00 - 8:30pm (plus 30mins free training after class)
Tuesday: Beginners 7:00 - 8:30pm (plus 30mins free training after class)
Wednesday: Juvenile 14, 15, 16 Years 6:45 - 7:45pm, Adults: 7:45 - 8:45pm
Thursday: Weapons 7:00 - 08:30pm (plus 30mins free training after class)
Weekday morning Weapons classes (suburi) are also held from Mon-Fri 07:00-08:00am.
